This weekend combined camping, music, and a race format unseen in the world of drop-bar bikes. With timed sections, it wasn’t about how fast you were on the entirety of the course, but rather who was the fastest on specific segments. You could party ride the whole thing and turn it up to eleven on these timed sections and win the entire event.

Now, with over five pages of archives from Grinduro, the event is back in the hands of the Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship and returning to Quincy, California on the fabled Mt. Hough next year on September 11th – 14th in Quincy, California.

No other gravel race has been covered so thoroughly here and you know we’ll be back at it next year!
